Use your tools

Yoga is a big toolbox full of a variety of options at your disposal: breath, meditation, concentration, postures to name a few.

When you're falling off track, go back to what works. Go back to your tools.

Aha, this is funny. We have a dog too but he will never exerciser with us together. He'd go the lake swimming all the time -:)

It'd be nice to have your dog with you when you do yoga but will he mess everything up? I can give it a try and let you guys know -:)

I think you can't restricted yoga with particular days or with some tool because there is no need for using any tool for doing yoga.
