For those in the Kansas city area who are YMCA members, I have exciting news! I will be teaching a prenatal yoga workshop on Saturday, March 15 at the Paul Henson YMCA in Prairie Village, Kan., from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but this one-time workshop has been canceled due to reflooring happening at the Y that week. I'm bummed! :(
